Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using SJJ CLOUD’s multi-provider VPS orchestration software and related services.

Effective date: September 4, 2026

Important scope: SJJ CLOUD is an orchestration and automation service. We do not sell, lease, host, or resell VPS instances. You connect and control your own accounts with third-party VPS providers.

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you (“Customer” or “you”) and the individual operator doing business as SJJ CLOUD (“SJJ CLOUD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, submitting an access application, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

SJJ CLOUD is currently operated by an individual proprietor. The merchant and customer-facing business name is SJJ CLOUD. Questions and legal notices may be sent to support@sjjcloud.com.

2. The service

SJJ CLOUD provides software that can normalize APIs from supported VPS providers and help you provision, inspect, operate, and automate resources through one interface. Features may include provider credential connections, resource provisioning requests, provider-specific inventory, batch remote-management commands, webhooks, API access, and workflow automation.

Workflow automation is an advanced feature under development. Availability, limits, supported providers, and feature behavior may change as the product evolves.

SJJ CLOUD does not control or guarantee any third-party provider’s infrastructure, pricing, availability, network, hardware, account status, acceptable-use rules, or support. Your relationship with each provider remains governed by that provider’s terms.

3. Eligibility and account review

You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter this agreement. Access follows this sequence: application, manual review, approval, payment through Stripe, and account/API activation. We may approve, reject, suspend, or request additional information for an application or account when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, fraud prevention, or service protection.

You are responsible for keeping login details, API keys, tokens, and workspace access confidential and for all actions taken through your account.

4. Your provider accounts and credentials

You may connect only accounts and credentials that you own or are authorized to administer. You grant SJJ CLOUD permission to transmit requests to your selected provider accounts solely to provide the service you configure. Do not submit credentials belonging to another person or organization without authorization.

You remain responsible for provider charges, resource configurations, operating-system images, remote commands, data, backups, and security settings. Rotate or revoke a credential promptly if you believe it has been exposed.

5. Acceptable use

You must use SJJ CLOUD lawfully and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy, these Terms, and the terms of each connected provider. You may not use the service to gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, send spam, conduct phishing or fraud, evade provider restrictions, or perform activity that may harm systems, networks, people, or data.

6. Subscription, usage, and payment

The Core Plan is currently advertised at $199 USD per month, plus any applicable taxes, and includes the quotas shown on the pricing page. Optional resource packs or add-ons may have separate prices, limits, and billing treatment. The applicable offer at checkout controls if it differs from a marketing example.

Payments and recurring billing are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge the selected payment method for the subscription and any purchases you confirm. You can manage payment methods, invoices, subscription status, and cancellation through the account billing portal when available.

Usage measurement may include API calls, workflow runs, data transfer, storage, and other metered resources described in the product documentation. We may limit or pause usage that exceeds plan limits until you upgrade or purchase additional capacity.

7. Cancellation, refunds, and suspension

You may cancel a subscription through the billing portal. Unless a checkout offer says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and prevents the next renewal. Our Refund Policy explains how eligible refunds are calculated.

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, a security incident, violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, a provider request, or conduct that creates material risk. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice when appropriate, but urgent security or legal situations may require immediate action.

8. Intellectual property and feedback

SJJ CLOUD and its software, documentation, design, and branding are owned by or licensed to us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during an active subscription in accordance with these Terms. You retain rights to your data and provider accounts. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction to improve the service.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free automation, a particular provider outcome, or that every provider API will remain compatible.

To the extent permitted by law, SJJ CLOUD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the service or third-party infrastructure. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid to SJJ CLOUD for the applicable service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow all limitations, so some may not apply to you.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the service, law, or business changes. We will post the revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. Contact support@sjjcloud.com with questions.
