Privacy Policy

How SJJ CLOUD collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you visit the site or use the service.

Effective date: September 4, 2026

Plain-language summary: We collect the information needed to review access, provide orchestration features, process payments, secure accounts, and support customers. We do not sell personal information.

1. Who controls your information

SJJ CLOUD is an individual-operated business using the merchant name SJJ CLOUD. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@sjjcloud.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Application and account information: name, email address, organization or project details, country/region, account identifiers, and information you provide during manual review.
  • Billing information: subscription, invoice, payment status, and transaction metadata. Stripe processes payment card details; SJJ CLOUD does not store full card numbers.
  • Provider connection information: provider name, account identifiers, API keys or tokens, scopes, and connection status that you choose to submit. Credentials should be limited to the permissions needed for your intended operations.
  • Service and technical information: API requests, usage measurements, workflow/job events, error logs, browser/device information, IP address, and security events.
  • Support information: messages, attachments, and other details you send to our support channel.

3. How we use information

  • Review access applications and operate customer accounts.
  • Transmit authorized requests to the VPS providers you connect.
  • Measure plan quotas, usage, billing, reliability, and abuse signals.
  • Process payments, invoices, refunds, and subscription changes through Stripe.
  • Provide support, documentation, product updates, and security notices.
  • Detect fraud, prevent misuse, investigate incidents, and comply with law.
  • Improve and maintain the service using aggregated or de-identified information where practical.

4. Sharing and service providers

We share information only as needed to provide the service, including with Stripe for payment processing, infrastructure and database providers used to host the application, email or support providers, connected VPS providers when you instruct us to make a request, professional advisers, and authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information or share it for third-party behavioral advertising.

Connected VPS providers receive the requests and credentials needed to perform the operation you initiate. Review each provider’s privacy and security practices before connecting an account.

5. Credential and data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service, such as access controls, encryption in transit, limited staff access, and logging. No service is completely secure. You are responsible for selecting appropriate provider permissions, rotating exposed credentials, and avoiding sensitive data in command payloads unless necessary.

6. Retention

We retain account, billing, support, security, and usage records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and protect the service. Connected credentials are retained only while needed for the connection or as required for security and audit purposes, then deleted or disabled using reasonable processes.

7. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by emailing support@sjjcloud.com. You may cancel a subscription through the billing portal. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law; we will respond as required by that law.

8. Cookies and analytics

The site may use essential cookies or similar technologies needed for security, session handling, or basic preferences. If we add optional analytics or marketing technologies, we will update this policy and provide any choices required by applicable law.

9. Children and international use

SJJ CLOUD is intended for business and technical users and is not directed to children. Do not use the service if you are not legally able to enter a binding agreement. Information may be processed in countries where we or our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

10. Updates and contact
