Acceptable Use Policy

Use SJJ CLOUD to operate infrastructure you are authorized to control, safely and within the rules of each connected provider.

Effective date: September 4, 2026

Remember: SJJ CLOUD is an automation layer. You are responsible for every account, instance, command, workflow, and destination you connect or operate.

1. Permitted use

You may use the service for lawful infrastructure administration, deployment, monitoring, testing, development, backups, and other legitimate operations on VPS provider accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

2. Prohibited activities

You may not use SJJ CLOUD to:

  • Access, scan, probe, or control systems without authorization.
  • Deploy malware, ransomware, spyware, botnets, cryptominers, credential stealers, or other malicious code.
  • Conduct phishing, credential harvesting, impersonation, fraud, scams, or payment abuse.
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or traffic designed to evade provider anti-abuse controls.
  • Launch denial-of-service attacks, port floods, brute-force attacks, or abusive automated scans.
  • Host or distribute content that is illegal, exploitative, defamatory, or infringing.
  • Process or expose highly sensitive personal, financial, health, or authentication data without appropriate authorization and safeguards.
  • Evade suspension, rate limits, geographic restrictions, identity checks, or other controls imposed by SJJ CLOUD or a provider.
  • Use a provider credential, SSH key, API key, or token that you do not have permission to use.
  • Use the service in a way that violates a connected provider’s agreement, acceptable-use policy, export control, or applicable law.

3. Remote commands and workflows

Review batch commands and workflow steps before execution. Use least-privilege credentials, safe rollout practices, and appropriate backups. You are responsible for command content, target selection, environment variables, and resulting changes. Workflow automation is currently in development and may be limited, delayed, or changed without notice.

4. AI-assisted requests

SJJ CLOUD may expose AI-friendly request and response formats so an authorized AI agent can call the same APIs. You remain responsible for the agent’s instructions, tools, credentials, approvals, and actions. Do not give an AI agent unrestricted production access without appropriate review, limits, and audit controls.

5. Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse, compromised credentials, or an accidental dangerous operation to support@sjjcloud.com. Include relevant account, provider, instance, timestamp, and request identifiers, but do not send secret keys in email.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate activity, request information, limit operations, disconnect a provider, suspend an account, or terminate service when we reasonably believe this policy or the law has been violated, or when action is needed to protect customers, providers, or the public. Where appropriate, we may notify affected providers or authorities.

7. Updates

We may update this policy as risks, providers, features, or legal requirements change. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised policy.
